App Store Review Checklist Before Submission
A repeatable pre-submission checklist reduces review delays caused by incomplete information, broken login details or unclear functionality.
1. Functionality and stability
Install the release build and test every core workflow. Remove crashes, broken links, placeholders and incomplete screens. Explain special hardware or network requirements.
2. Review account and notes
Provide a reliable test account when login is required. Document hidden entry points, subscriptions, special steps and hardware dependencies in the review notes.
3. Privacy and permissions
Keep the privacy policy publicly accessible. Camera, photo, location and other permission descriptions must clearly match the feature that uses them.
4. Store information
Verify the name, subtitle, description, keywords, category, age rating, screenshots and previews. Store assets should accurately represent the submitted version.
